Barbara Buffton is the director and founder of BB Associates Ltd. As a successful trainer, consultant, life and business coach and author I specialise in developing people's potential. I am an NLP Master Practitioner and trainer and have also been trained in accelerated learning techniques by Colin Rose and in Mindmapping by Tony Buzan.
In a previous life I was a Careers Adviser which explains my interest in career matters.
My training style is dynamic and refreshing - participants say they go home or back to the workplace feeling motivated and inspired.

I believe that each of us is naturally creative and resourceful and only needs help to reach full potential.
My passions are communication, people and training, which is why I aim to make my workshops and training programmes as lively, practical and interactive as possible. People tell me my workshops are highly motivating and inspiring - but you be the judge.
In order to deliver a flexible and wide-ranging choice of coaching and training programmes, I often work with associates. We have been successfully delivering coaching and training to a variety of individuals, and public/private sector clients for over ten years in personal and management development, in the UK and abroad.
